Ensure that products strictly comply with national and international standards (such as GB, IEC, and UL), industry regulations, and customer technical specifications.
Through first-article inspection, in-process inspections, and final testing, we conduct comprehensive monitoring of key processes such as stator winding, rotor dynamic balancing, assembly accuracy, insulation performance, and withstand voltage testing.
Establish a traceability system covering everything from raw material batch numbers and key components to finished products, to facilitate the tracking of quality issues and product recalls.
Ensure the safe operation of the motor in terms of electrical safety (protection against electric shock, insulation), mechanical safety (guards, temperature rise), electromagnetic compatibility, and specific environmental conditions (explosion-proof, waterproof), and eliminate risks caused by design flaws and manufacturing defects.
Fulfill responsibilities for the occupational health and safety of assembly line operators, including equipment safeguards, safety training, and hazard management, to prevent accidents such as mechanical injuries and electric shocks.
Obtain the mandatory certifications required for the product in accordance with the law (such as China's CCC certification) and ensure production consistency.
Comply with environmental regulations, properly manage waste oil, waste paint, metal shavings, noise, and other byproducts generated during production, and promote clean production and resource recycling.
Assume full responsibility for the authenticity of product performance data, test reports, and certification documents.
We guarantee that the motor meets all key performance parameters, including efficiency, power factor, torque, noise, and vibration.
Through proper process design (such as varnishing and curing) and aging tests, we ensure reliable operation throughout the product's expected service life.
Conduct qualification assessments and quality control for suppliers' raw materials (silicon steel sheets, enameled wire, bearings) and components (capacitors, junction boxes), and assume joint liability.
Ensure that all materials comply with directives restricting hazardous substances, such as RoHS and REACH.
By eliminating waste, optimizing processes, and increasing automation, we continuously reduce defect rates and improve production efficiency.
Establish an effective mechanism for handling customer complaints and feedback, analyze issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Provide the necessary technical support and determine liability for product repairs, returns, and exchanges.
