NIDE Group's 2025 Tug-of-War Competition Comes to a Successful Close

On November 10, 2025, NIDE Group's 2025 Tug-of-War Competition kicked off at the company's thermal power plant. Four teams representing different departments and positions—the Passion Team, the Unity Team, the Collaboration Team, and the Striving Team—gathered at the venue to engage in a contest of strength and willpower. The competition site was bustling with activity and a high-spirited atmosphere. The competing athletes gave their all and fought valiantly, while the cheers and encouragement from the support groups echoed continuously, repeatedly bringing the atmosphere to a fever pitch. The four support groups on site cheered on their teams with their loudest chants and most enthusiastic applause, fully demonstrating the teams' cohesion.

Amid fierce competition, each team demonstrated seamless coordination and a steady, methodical approach, fully embodying the NIDE spirit of "passion, unity, collaboration, and perseverance." In the end, the "Passion" team prevailed over the competition with their steady rhythm and tenacious perseverance, winning the championship of this year's tug-of-war competition; the "Unity" team secured second place with their outstanding teamwork. It is worth noting that the victory of the champion "Passion" team aptly illustrates the significance of "passion" being the top priority in the company's organizational culture—starting with passion and driven by a fighting spirit!

During the awards ceremony, General Manager Lin and Anthony presented trophies and medals to the champion and runner-up teams, respectively, and posed for commemorative photos, as the venue erupted in continuous applause and cheers. The company also specially prepared cash red envelopes for all participating teams and the three cheerleading squad captains of the champion team to recognize everyone's fighting spirit and team spirit on the field.
