On January 18, 2026, the First General Meeting of the Fourth Term of the Ningbo-Longyan Chamber of Commerce and its 10th Anniversary Celebration were grandly held at the InterContinental Ningbo. Leaders from both Ningbo and Longyan, all members, and distinguished guests from various sectors gathered to witness this significant milestone that bridges the past and the future. The meeting successfully concluded all agenda items and elected a new leadership team. Mr. Lin Qifa, Chairman of Ningbo NIDE Tech Co., Ltd., has been successfully re-elected as President for a fourth term, thanks to his outstanding contributions and widespread reputation!

This conference was highly regarded by the governments of both cities. Leaders including Wu Yitong, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Ningbo Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Zheng Yulin, Vice Chairman of the Longyan Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of the Longyan Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the event to provide guidance and deliver speeches. Mr. Lin Qifa's re-election is a testament to the full recognition of his leadership abilities and pragmatic approach by the governments of both cities, colleagues from all sectors, and all members.

During his previous term, Mr. Lin Qifa united and led the broad membership, actively establishing six major service platforms—including government-business communication, finance, legal services, and university-enterprise cooperation—which injected strong momentum into the development of the Longyan business community in Ningbo, fully embodying the Chamber's mission of "serving members and pursuing shared development."

Following the solemn oath-taking ceremony, Chairman Lin delivered his inaugural address. He stated that the new Board of Directors will continue to uphold the Chamber's mission, focusing on optimizing the service system, promoting technology sharing and industrial chain collaboration, and guiding member enterprises to unite for development. The Chamber is committed to building itself into "a development community that is more caring and valuable."
